The Canada Alliance 2019 Welcome Reception will be hosted at the McMaster University campus. The reception will begin with a tour of your choice, options listed below. Following the tour the reception will continue with hors'deavures and the chance to experience a variety of local breweries and wineries.
If you are already registered for the conference and plan to attend the Welcome Reception, please select:
- Go to your Registration page
- Scroll down to 'My Options' (right side of page)
- Click 'Add Additional Options'
- Select which tour you would like to participate in, then click 'Add'
- Scroll to bottom of page and click 'Finish'

Nuclear Reactor
Visit McMaster Nuclear Operations & Facility. This multi-purpose facility not only allows Rector staff to conduct over hundreds of thousands of neutron irradiations each year, but they also are able to conduct quality assurances tests on things like turbine blades for jet engines.
