Connecting experience of senior employees to the fresh ideas of young employees is one of the ways to deal with this challenge. Social psychologist and lecturer in Applied psychology, Wijnand de Jong offers you insights in generational differences and how to use them in your advance. With his talk about generations you get more practical knowledge about how the young and the slightly older employees can get along better and how they can make things better, for themselves individually, for their teams and for their organization.

In this presentation, Oracle will share how its investments in higher education are fuelling continued innovation in existing solutions and the launch of bold, new ones. The session will close with a set of recommendations, based on best practice, on how institutions can realise more value from their existing investments in Oracle solutions and how to determine the best path forward.

Susan Beidler, Senior Director of Product Strategy, Oracle

Susan is the Senior Director of Product Strategy for student systems within Oracle’s Higher Education Development group.  She is responsible for initiatives that promote adoption and advancement of Oracle applications designed for the Higher Education industry.  Susan has been involved with the development of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions products and related solutions from their inception and has a similar role in the design and development of Oracle’s Student Cloud portfolio.
