Track Listing
The SWHEUG Alliance 2019 agenda will have a great range of sessions for each of the following tracks. All Tracks will kick off the conference with a Community session to allow participants to meet others who share their interests and start networking on common issues. Birds of a Feather sessions are also included in most of the Tracks to share issues and solutions.

| Hear from Oracle and other vendors highlighting their Cloud-based software offerings as well as reports from institutional members who have decided to move forward with cloud-based software solution. |
| Constituent Experience and Advancement (CXA) |
| The Constituent Experience and Advancement (CXA) track combines every aspect of the higher education business, amalgamating the former Contributor Relations group with the CRM group |
| Exhibitor |
| Includes sessions related to products that work in a complimentary role with Oracle PeopleSoft and EBS products. |
| Financials |
| Financials includes sessions related to all PeopleSoft Financials modules, including GL, Asset Management, eProcurement, etc. |
| General/Innovations |
| Includes sessions that are applicable to a very wide audience and demonstrate how institutions are taking creative, innovative approaches to making the overall product experience better for users. |
| Human Capital Management (HCM) |
| HCM includes sessions related to human capital management within Oracle's PeopleSoft HCM and other software solutions. Some topics areas include Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, etc. |
| Project and Change Management (PCM) |
| The Project and Change Management (PCM) track focuses on a variety of topics related to project management, change management, training, and end-user support. |
| Student Financials/Financial Aid |
| Includes sessions related to the Student Financials and Financial Aid module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. |
| Student Records |
| Includes sessions related to the Student Records module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. |
| Technical/Security |
| Includes sessions related to effectively utilizing PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite tools, technical capabilities and security. |
