Track Listing

The NWHEUG Alliance 2019 conference will have a range of sessions for each of the following tracks. All tracks will have a Birds of a Feather session to allow participants to gather with persons from other institutions or agencies that work with specific modules such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Financials, Human Resources, Project Management, Reporting, Student Records, and Technical to network and to share interests as well as discuss issues and solutions.

Sessions provide information about how to utilize PeopleSoft to serve students throughout the inquiry and application process including inquiry/applicant management, communication generation and query usage.
Financial Aid
Includes sessions related to the Financial Aid module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
General Interest/Project Management
Sessions with content that pertains to several modules, or draws interest more widely, and may include such topics as Project/Change Management and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Human Resources/HMS
The Human Resources/HMS track covers HR modules.
Reporting and Business Intelligence
The Reporting and Business Intelligence track covers the retrieval and presentation of information for both strategic and tactical decision-making, state and federal reporting and such subjects as dashboards for internal operations.
Student Financials/Financials
Financials includes sessions related to all PeopleSoft Financials modules, including GL, Asset Management, eProcurement, etc.
Student Records
SR sessions focus on how institutions setup up their information system to best support services, manage institutional records, and provide accurate reports. Sessions can be focused on how we best support the academic mission through registration and enrollment, degree programs, graduation tracking, transfer credit, transcripts, managing curriculum and class scheduling, data conversion, etc.
Technical Components
Includes sessions related to effectively utilizing PeopleSoft and E-Business Suite tools and technical capabilities.
Includes sessions related to products that work in a complimentary role with Oracle PeopleSoft and EBS products.
