A number of workshops will be offered on Wednesday, 3 July from 9:30 to 16:15 prior to the main conference. Registration is required if attending (1) or both. A light lunch will be included. Please see the list of the workshops being offered below, space is limited:

Description |
In this lab, you will get your hands dirty with this new technology. You will develop, train and test a new skill (chatbot) defining intents, utterances, and entities. You will then design the conversation flow and connect the skill (chatbot) to a back-end API. Finally, you will publish the new skill (chatbot) to a chat client (web or Facebook). Context The platform makes it easy to build sophisticated digital assistants or simple skills (chatbots) that can connect and extend multiple backend systems, like Oracle ERP, HCM and CX, or any third party apps - simultaneously, in a secure, scalable manner.
