BEFORE SUBMITTING A SESSION, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE FULLY REVIEWED THE POLICIES AND TIPS FOR CANADA ALLIANCE 2019

• To submit a session, please select the appropriate track below and click 'Go' to begin.
• If you do not see the appropriate track for your session please submit it under the General Track.
• After submitting a session, you can return to this page to view or update details about your session.
• Call for proposals closes on 21 June 2019 at 5:00 PM MST.

**If you are a HEUG member, please make sure you click here to login to view all Track options available to you.
If your institution/organization is a member of the HEUG but you don't have a HEUG log in, please create one to submit a session.

All Exhibitors are required to have a HEUG.Online login. If you need a login click here. If you are an exhibitor at Canada Alliance 2019 and purchased a presentation or it came with your sponsorship package, please login to select the Exhibitor track.  For information on purchasing a session, click here.
