SCHEDULE/EXHIBITOR HOURS

**Please note Exhibitor hours are both days for EMEA**

Tuesday, 22 October
8:30 AM – 10:30 AM         Attendee/Exhibitor check-in and set-up
10:50 AM – 4:00 PM         Exhibitor hours
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM            Networking Social

Wednesday, 23 October
10:50 AM – 2:00 PM         Exhibitor hours (tear down cannot take place prior to 2:00 PM)

EXHIBITOR AREA

Included with your Exhibitor package is a draped 6’ table, 2 chairs, wireless internet access, and two (2) full registrations. You may also provide giveaways and/or door prizes (value must be less than $50 in accordance with conference rules).  The projected number of attendees is 150, not including exhibitors. 

 

REGISTRATION

Please make sure to use your exhibitor code to register for the conference prior to arriving onsite. If you need additional registrations, they are available for 485 € each. Don't forget to register now. If you need your exhibitor code, please contact the person at your company who registered to become an exhibitor at the conference.

 

SHIPPING

Inbound shipping

If you need to ship items and send no earlier than 11th October to the address below*:

*Please mark all materials clearly with:
- Company Name
- Number of box + total number of boxes (e.g.: box 4 of 6)
- Conference Name

Items will be dropped off by the conference registration desk/check-in on Monday, 21 October.

Outbound shipping

The exhibitor is responsible for:
- Packing and clearly labelling all goods to return 
- Schedule pick-up of return materials prior to 27 October
Note: Outbound shipping address is the same as inbound shipping address above.

After exhibitors hours are over on the second day, all labelled and packaged material will need to be taken to the conference registration desk/check-in for outbound shipping.
