Cancellation Policy & Rates
No processing fee will be applied if written notice of cancellation is sent via email to conference support regional-support@heug.org prior to 30 March, 2019.
Prior to 30 March, 2019 - No processing fee
From 1 April, 2019 through 11 April, 2019 - $50 USD fee for cancellations
After 12 April, 2019 - No refunds for cancellations
Transfer Policy
Transfer of registration is permitted prior to 20 April 2019. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information. Please fill out this form and email it to regional-support@heug.org.
